How we handle your information

Who we are
Data Money is a trade name of Sakred CRM LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Sakred CRM LLC runs this website and our business outreach, and is the controller of the personal information described here.
Postal address: Sakred CRM LLC, 382 NE 191st St #875614, Miami, FL 33179, USA. To reach us, use the form on our home page, reply to any email we have sent you, or write to that address.
What this website collects
- No cookies.
- No analytics, ad pixels or tracking scripts.
- No third-party fonts or embeds. Everything loads from this site.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running, for a short period under its own retention policy.
The contact form
When you send the form on our home page, the details you type (your name, work email, company, role, company size, country, good times for a call and any note) are sent to us as an email through our email-sending provider. The website itself does not keep a copy. We use these details only to reply to you and to set up the call you asked for, and we keep them for 24 months after our last contact with you, as described below.
Business outreach
We contact people at companies about whether a data partnership could fit their business. For this we use business contact details only: your name, job title, company, work email address and work phone number, and public facts about your company such as its industry and size. We get these from your company's website, professional networking profiles and business contact data providers, or from you when you reach out to us.
We don't use this information for anything else, and we don't sell it.
Emails and messages you send us
We use what you send only to reply to you and to talk with you about whether a data partnership fits your company. If you go ahead, we may share your contact and company details with our data partner so they can prepare your valuation, and we'll tell you before we do.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who work for us under contract, such as website hosting, our email inbox and email-sending tools, our customer database, business contact and email-verification tools, scheduling and meeting-notes tools, and AI tools that help us sort and draft replies.
- Our data partner, only if you choose to go ahead, and only after we tell you.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We are based in the United States, so your information is processed there. Some of our service providers may also process it in other countries where they operate.
How long we keep it
We keep outreach and enquiry records (contact details, form messages, the emails between us and notes of our conversations) for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so that we don't contact you again.
Your company's data
Data Money never receives, holds or resells your company's records. Please don't send us any. Any export of data happens only under a written agreement between your company and our data partner, and how that data is de-identified and protected is the standard set in your signed agreement with the data partner.
If you are in the United Kingdom
This section explains how we meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Our lawful basis. We rely on legitimate interests: our interest in offering a business service to companies it may help. We contact people only in their work role, at a company address, about something relevant to that role, and every email lets you opt out. We use only work contact details, write to you only about your role, and stop as soon as you ask, so we believe this is something a business contact would reasonably expect. We don't send cold email to sole traders or ordinary partnerships.
Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to us using it. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing: if you do, we stop. To use any of these rights, reply to any email we have sent you, use the form on our home page, or write to the postal address above. We'll reply within one month.
Transfers. We are based in the United States, so your information is processed there. Some of our service providers may also process it in other countries where they operate.
Complaints. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.
Stop hearing from us
Reply "stop" or "unsubscribe" to any of our emails, use the opt-out link where an email has one, or say so through the form on our home page. We'll stop contacting you, wherever you are.
Questions or deletion
Reply to any of our emails, use the form on our home page, or write to the postal address above, and we'll answer, or delete what we hold about you.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
